A native of San Bernardino and a graduate of San Diego State University, Mitch has managed restaurants in San Diego, Chicago, Albuquerque and Las Vegas during his 28-year career. Before taking over the management of Pacifica Seafood Restaurant eight years ago, he was vice president of food and beverage for Walters Golf in Las Vegas, where he managed the kitchens and staffs of Stallion Mountain Country Club, Royal Links Golf Club and Desert Pines Golf Course. Loved by guests and respected by employees, Mitch is admired throughout the Coachella Valley for his warm hospitality, delightful sense of humor and amazing memory. He is married and has two children.
At Pacifica Seafood Restaurant, with rooftop seating on the terrace atop The Garden on El Paseo, you'll enjoy courteous service and panoramic views of the mountains and valley. Dinner served every night from 3:00pm until closing. Our Sunset Dinner special runs nightly from 3:00 to 5:30pm.
